Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

* Arrive early to help set up tables, chairs, signs, and food tables

* Stay a little later to help clean up, fold things, and help locate the missing cooler

* And occasionally say, "This'll work" while using duct tape, paperclips, and a sandwich bag. 

Rewards:

*You will gain insider knowledge which will allow you to locate the coldest drinks and hidden desserts

* The admiration of the Ezra Committee who will say, "You are such a good helper!"

* The privilege of wearing a name tag with the prestigious TFCM (Thomas Family Crew Member) label written alongside your name

* Lift a folding table without drama

Registration and Welcome Team- Are you the kind of person who knows how to say, "Hey y'all!" with your whole heart? Then join the Registration and Welcome Team- where we greet, guide, and gently redirect confused relatives who thought the reunion was next weekend. 

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

*Set up the welcome table with name tags, sign-in sheets, and maybe a bowl of mints

*Greet guests with warmth, clarity, and the occasional, "You look just like your mama!"

* Answer questions like, 'Where's the bathroom?" and "Is this tea sweet?" with grace and precision.

Rewards Include:

* You'll be the first to know who showed up and who didn't

*You'll have the power to assign nicknames on the name tags

* You will set the overall vibe/mood for the entire event

Bonus Points if you can:

* Smile for 3 hours straight

* Jump in the middle of a potential dramatic scene with family members armed with jokes and a clipboard

* Help set up and manage food stations

*Keep the drinks flowing and the napkins stocked

* Make sure Auntie's famous banana pudding gets the spotlight it deserves

Activity Hosts- Do you have the energy of a camp counselor and the ability to say, "Let's play!" with a smile? Then join the activity hosts- where we guide games, create laughter, and gently encourage family to compete against each other.

*Lead games, activities, and break the ice with charm and clarity

*Keep the room happy and cheerful and a little chaotic with high energy and joy

*Know when to say, "Alright y'all, one more round" and when to say, "Let's quit before someone makes a scene!"

* The power to declare a winner and hand out bragging rights
